Clean Steam Generators series are designed for use where pure steam is required, such as sterilizers, autoclaves or in-line sterilization of piping syste, and storage tank.

The generators operate on the principle of unassisted thermo-syphon. Clean steam is produced by evaporating feed water within the tubes of the Double Tube Sheet (DTS) heat exchanger and circulating it by natural convection trough a demister. Industrial feed steam supply is controlled by means of pnuematic operated modulating valve activated by a pressure transducer device to enable the clean steam output to be varied according to the demand. System design flowrate from 20 kg/h to 4000 kg/h
